Prime X Welcomes New Underwriting Counsel

Prime X is pleased to announce the appointment of Toni Carasig-Carlos as Underwriting Counsel. Based in our Uniondale, NY, headquarters, Toni will leverage more than two decades of legal and industry experience to support our expanding commercial real estate portfolio in the New York City metro area and nationwide.

A Distinguished Professional Background

Toni joins Prime X with a significant background in commercial title underwriting, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. She previously held senior leadership roles at Fidelity National Financial and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. During her tenure at these national underwriters, she was instrumental in driving operational growth and overseeing high-risk, multimillion-dollar transactions.

Leadership in Education and Policy

A recognized leader in the legal community, Toni has served as a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) instructor for the New York State Bar Association and has held leadership positions within the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA).

In addition to her legal credentials, she is slated to graduate in March 2026 with a professional doctorate in Adult Education. This unique qualification will allow her to provide specialized leadership in training and development, further enhancing the level of service Prime X provides to its clients.
